We are your eyes on the ground and take ownership of the property because our porters are trained to look for problems, take photos and report quickly. Our management team is in constant contact with your porter to ensure you can receive real-time updates and solutions at a moment’s notice. Services include but are not limited to:

Removing graffiti and matching paint
Dusting moulins
Maintaining the roof

Reporting homeless

You can use Sunset Common Area Services to replace metal doors, storefront repairs, grinding walkways, paint, signage installation, repair potential trip and fall hazards, clean roofs, bike racks, distribute keys & replace combination locks/lock boxes/Knox boxes, or coordinate accessibility with vendors or tenants; Just ask, and we can probably do it for you. Know we will always communicate well and send photos when reporting something you should know about.
