We have been operating as Sunset Sweepers since 1981 and some of our first clients were Donahue Schriber, May Centers, Koll, and Westfield Malls. We were able to continue to build our brand and clients demanded us to expand our offerings into complete maintenance programs for retail, office, and industrial properties in Los Angeles and Orange County. We rebranded as Sunset Common Area Services and have evolved into a One-Call Property Manager’s Resource.
